My wonderful friend Alison and I made a kickass dessert over the holidays called a Lemon Teascake - which is basically a gluten, egg, and dairy-free lemon cheesecake. Amazing, delicious, and guilt-free. The recipe came from a book called The Whole Life Nutrition Kitchen. Which I now have my very own copy of.
